For the further development of our European team, we are looking for a flexible, technically minded Supply Chain Manager m/f/d as soon as possible.

These are your tasks:

  • As part of your sales activities, you will be supported by our pre-sales and after-sales team.
  • Forecasting of material requirements, coordination of procurement and production quantities with our international suppliers and production partners, planning of material availability.
  • Coordination of procurement and distribution logistics, cooperation with our logistics partners for international freight shipments
  • Ongoing coordination with Product Management and the Sales and Finance departments
  • Supplier control and invoice approvals
  • Order processing, picking and shipping, returns management
  • Receiving and warehouse management
  • Inventory management, reporting, support of materials management system 
  • Participation in the optimization of inventory planning strategy and continuous of lead times and inventory
  • Support in the area of finance / accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as reporting
  • Representation in the area of office management

You already have experience with this:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable technical training / experience
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of supply chain and logistics, international commodity trading
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Confident handling of merchandise management systems and MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English 
  • Previous knowledge in the areas of technical building equipment, lighting or smart building is an advantage
